A more far-reaching reduction of dairy products is not affected at the most sense, because then promotes absorption of oxalate from the intestine. This in turn leads to increased urinary oxalate. Just this one but wants to avoid. Strong oxalate foods such as nuts, chocolate, rhubarb and spinach should be eaten only in moderation.
