Phimosis Symptoms in children

Phimosis is seen in children following symptoms:

     Urinating on the foreskin swells first, before the urine comes out.
     the urine is rather thin, as in a trickling stream
     Urination is painful
     Even in the 5th Age it is not possible the boys, retract his foreskin.
     Possibly inflammation of the glans (balanitis) and prepuce (balanoposthitis)


Symptoms in adults


In adults, find the following signs:

     Pain during erection
     Urination is difficult, the urinary stream is weaker and slightly twisted
     It caused inflammation of the glans and the foreskin (balanitis / balanoposthitis). Because of the non-retractable foreskin, the glans is more difficult to clean. It accumulates smegma, consisting of exfoliated cells and sebum and ignites when it is mixed with bacteria.
