Picricum ferrum picric acid or iron is used for pain in the urethra, frequent urination in the post, burning of the bladder neck and penis and urinary retention. It is regarded as "a great agent to complete the action of other agents."

Thuja occidentalis:
Thuja occidentalis, or Tree of Life is used for complaints of the urinary tract inflamed urethra, weak urinary stream, dribbling, uncontrolled urination, incomplete bladder emptying, pain when urinating.
