Saw Palmetto is a palm tree and bush grows on the coasts of North America, in Florida, South Carolina and Southern California. The extract has a diuretic, decongestant and anti-inflammatory by others the 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. The 5-alpha reductase interferes with the metabolism of testosterone within the prostate one.
